It ain't half hot ...

As we got off the flight from Delhii to Cochin at 8.00 pm last night, the Memsahib thought she heard the captain say it was 13 degrees outside. Better put on the sweater then- only when we got outside it was obviously 30 degrees!
We are staying at the Delight Home Stay at Fort Cochin (thanks Garry and Annette for a great recommendation), which thankfully has air conditioning.



Fort Cochin is a small fishing village over the river from Cochin itself. They fish here using huge China nets which are lowered and raised into the sea from the shore.



Further along the beach we bumped into an old friend...



It's beginning to feel a lot like Xmas-not!!
