Here's the routine so far: we spend the morning at the hotel resort.
We took our first dip in the briny of our trip yesterday.
We then rent a bike for $1 to cycle down the strip a couple of miles to where Ben is teaching, stopping for lunch on the way, and then hang out by the school, being entertained by the kite boarders. Cycle back to the hotel late afternoon for a G&T on the balcony, before meeting Ben and girlfriend, My (pronounced Myee) for dinner. They roll up on a couple of motorbikes, one of which Sue and I commandeer, and we head off down the strip to an interesting restaurant.
Many restaurants just sell one type of food. Last night we went to a goat restaurant, and had BBQ and Hot Pot which we cooked ourselves.
Fortunately My took charge of the cooking-lucky I didn't have to do the clearing up!
We then stop off at Joe's cafe for some live music, coffee and pud (ice cream).
I don't see any pressing reason to vary the schedule too much over the next few days, apart from perhaps never wanting to leave! However, just arranged a trip down to the Mekong Delta for a few days before we fly back from Saigon to face the frozen wastes back home.

You do like your pictures of boats, don't you? Can I say how much we've enjoyed following your travels on your blog. Have just caught up after a recent busy period but the entries have been delightful. Off to Spain now, just as you're coming back. Have a safe journey home and will see you in March. Love Annette and Garry
